About me:

I’m Mike Bryant, and I’m based in west Berkshire near Hungerford. I’m known as Mike the Boilerman and have been for approaching 20 years, since a customer told me that’s what they call me.

I’m a Gas Safe Registered boiler technician and have been since 2002, and prior to that I was a general plumber and bathroom designer/installer. I’ve been registered with the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating engineering since 1982. My Gas Safe registration number is 197499 and CIPHE number is 009909L if you’re curious and want to look me up.

I live in the small village of Bedwyn just west of Hungerford, Berkshire. I’m happy to travel quite long distances to fix a boiler but as I charge for my time including my time spent travelling, the further away you are from me, the more a visit might cost.

Even if you are way too far away for me to visit I’m happy to give whatever advice I can, usually by text message or email. Text works best as these come straight to my phone whereas I have to log in to see my emails, which I may not do for a day or two.
